Use of Haze

  • We want every show to look its absolute best. For full-beam shows (where lasers create visual effects through the air), your venue must allow the use of atmospherics like haze or fog.

  • Haze is completely safe, widely used in the events industry, and essential for showing the full power and beauty of laser beams.

  • If haze isn’t allowed, we can still project laser graphics, logos, and messages onto walls or set pieces—but it won’t have the same dramatic impact as a full-beam show.

Ceiling Height Requirements

  • For safety and visual impact, we recommend a minimum ceiling height of 3.5 meters (around 11.5 feet).

  • Venues with ceilings lower than this may limit the available effects or require special configurations to avoid audience exposure.

Power Requirements

  • Our laser systems require access to stable power—typically two standard 13A plug sockets will suffice: one near the laser setup, and one by the control booth.

Setup Time

  • We usually need around 1 hour for setup and testing before the event. Larger or more complex setups may require additional time. Once we know the venue and event type, we’ll confirm exact timings.

Audience Scanning

  • As a general rule, we do not perform audience scanning.
Due to the high power output of our lasers, they are best suited for aerial effects

Audio/Visual Integration

  • For timeline shows, we will need access to the venue’s audio system.

  • If you’re working with a DJ or live band, we’re happy to liaise directly with them to ensure everything syncs perfectly.
